The Collage Companies · AI Policy
Help shape how Collage uses AI.
AI is already part of how we work. We're writing a company policy to use it well — safely, and in a way that actually fits the job. This is where your input comes in.

Why we're asking
A policy that fits how we actually work
AI tools are already in the building — in the software we license, on people's phones, in things folks try on their own. Collage isn't going to pretend that away, and we're not going to flat-out ban it either. We're writing a clear, practical policy for using it well.
The only way that policy is any good is if it's built on how the whole company actually works — the office and the field. That's why we're asking everyone, not just a few people in a room.
What happens with your answers
Anonymous — and it goes straight to the policy
This survey is anonymous. No names, no logins, no tracking. A small task force of your coworkers is drafting Collage's AI Use Policy, and your answers shape it directly: what tools people really use, where AI helps, and what worries you.
Five honest minutes now is what keeps this from becoming a policy nobody asked for. Please don't include names, client names, or specific project details in your answers.

Got it
Thanks — that's exactly what we needed.
Your answers are in, anonymously. The task force will fold them straight into Collage's AI Use Policy. If a coworker hasn't taken this yet, send them the link — the more of the company we hear from, the better the policy.
